💻 What we get up to
Every week, children take on a new challenge, learning, creating and problem-solving with the latest tech to build something they can be proud of.
Build it. Code it. Bring it to life. 🤖 Children design and program their own robots using LEGO bricks, motors, sensors and code. They test ideas, solve problems and discover that great creations come from curiosity and creativity.
Children create their own games, animations and sound effects. They design worlds, code challenges and build games their friends and family can actually play.
A computer smaller than a biscuit! Code flashing lights, micro:pets and activity trackers you can take with you in your pocket.
Robot balls that zoom, spin, light up and (occasionally) escape. Program your Sphero to complete missions and react to collisions!
Team up to build worlds, solve puzzles and learn real coding inside everyone's favourite blocky universe.
Learn about AI using trusted, safe platforms. Train computers to recognise doodles, create fun face filters and find out how the robots actually think.
⭐ New — our online universe
The club doesn't stop when the session ends. My Bitsi is our online home, where Bitsi members keep building, creating and problem-solving between clubs.
Explainer video coming soon!
A quick tour of how My Bitsi works, from first mission to fully kitted-out robot.

👨👩👧 For parents & carers
Great technology is only part of what makes Bitsi special. From qualified instructors to small group sizes, we create an environment where every child can thrive.
Classes are led by fully qualified teachers with 10 years of classroom experience — we know how to support children and create an inclusive learning environment where everyone can succeed.
All instructors are PVG checked and trained in child safeguarding. Lead instructors are first aid trained.
With a maximum of 10 children per group, everyone can get the support they need, when they need it.
We supply all laptops, robots and gadgets. Just bring a water bottle and you're good to go!
Not a jot! Most of our coders start as complete beginners. Sessions are tailored to each child's interests and skill level, so newbies and mini-experts both leave buzzing.
We welcome children age 6 and up (P3 to S2+). Parents typically sign their child up to a class that matches their stage in school, but you know your child best, so please get in touch if you think they would be better suited to another group. Check our booking page for current groups and times.
Yes! We believe every child should have the chance to create, learn and feel like they belong. We tailor our sessions to the children who attend, adapting our approach so everyone feels supported and able to succeed.
With small group sizes and two instructors per session, we can provide the encouragement and guidance children need. We also chat with parents before and after sessions to understand what works best for your child and make sure we're supporting them in the right way.
At St Mary's for All, 4 Auchingramont Road, Hamilton, ML3 6JT — a fully accessible venue with toilet facilities. Drop off no more than 5 minutes before the start, and collect within 5 minutes of the end.
Everything runs through our friendly booking system, ClassForKids — classes, camps, payments and updates all in one place. It takes about two minutes.
Great news: at Bitsi, Minecraft Education is a legit engineering tool. Kids team up, plan builds, solve problems and write real code — they're learning computational thinking while having the time of their lives.
Not at all! We provide extra challenges at each session so children can take projects further, explore new ideas and push their skills even further. Our instructors encourage children to experiment, problem-solve and create at a level that feels right for them.
We'd love to chat! Drop us a message using the form below or email BitsiScotland@gmail.com and we'll see what we can build together.
